You've been trying to "fix" yourself for too long.

Maybe you're exhausted from all the protocols. The elimination diets. The supplements. The "optimal" morning routines. You're doing everything "right" but you still don't feel right.

Your digestion is still unpredictable. Your hormones are all over the place. You're burned out, anxious, and can't focus. And the worst part? Your GP says your tests are "normal."

You know something deeper is going on - but every expert online says something different, and you're exhausted from trying to figure it out alone.

Here's what I've learned (the hard way):

Your body isn't broken, but it might be stuck in survival mode by stress, perfectionism, and the constant pressure to optimise or fix yourself.

I help women who are tired of treating their bodies like problems to be solved. Women who are ready to address what's keeping them stuck and their symptoms active.

Women who need someone who understands all the interconnected systems affecting their well-being—and knows how to address them without restriction, obsession, or one-size-fits-all protocols

Women’s Health Today

74% of UK women aged 16–55 report at least one reproductive health issue (The Guardian, 2024)

Nearly half of women referred for gynaecological care on the NHS wait beyond 18 weeks to access treatment services (Medical Solicitors, 2021)

The economic cost of work absenteeism in the UK due to severe menstrual issues (pain, heavy periods, endometriosis etc.) is nearly £11bn each year (Gorham and Langham, 2024)

It’s time to change that….

When We Work Together…

Instead of scrolling through endless social media posts, buying random supplements, obsessing or second-guessing every choice you make, you'll have clarity about what actually matters for your body.

You'll understand which foundations to focus on first—and which "hacks" you can ignore.

You'll know whether functional testing makes sense for your situation, which supplements (if any) are worth your investment.

You’ll understand your nervous system, hormones and your cycle, know what’s normal and the tools to change what’s not.

The result?

Steady and consistent energy rather than being constantly wired or wiped out.

Less bloating, less anxiety, clearer skin, and fewer digestive flare-ups meaning you don’t feel at war with your body anymore.

A clear and sustainable way of eating and living that supports your mood, cycles, energy, fertility, and digestion.

More capacity, trust in your body and peace of mind to focus on what matters most to you.

Your hormones, energy levels, digestive health, immune system, and overall wellbeing are influenced by what you eat, how you manage stress, your lifestyle habits, and whether your nervous system is in constant fight-or-flight mode.

Evidence-based nutrition, lifestyle and holistic practices can:

  • Support regulating menstrual cycles, reducing PMS and painful periods

  • Improve energy, mood, and overall quality of life

  • Support egg quality and reproductive health for those considering conception

  • Work alongside medical treatments to improve outcomes (including IVF)

  • Help your body shift from survival mode into the rest-and-repair state where change actually happens

  • Assist in reducing digestive symptoms like bloating, IBS, and food intolerances

  • Support immune system balance and reducing inflammation in autoimmune conditions

My role isn't to hand you a perfect protocol and hope it works because that’s what the research say. It's to help you understand what your body needs and the capacity you have right now. And, to support you in building sustainable foundations that last beyond our time working together.

My Method: Integrated, Evidence-based and Individual

I use a comprehensive approach that brings together nutrition, lifestyle medicine, functional testing, mindset and nervous system support. Each component works together to help you feel confident, clear, empowered and supported.

Nutritional Therapy
Food is your foundation. I create personalised nutrition plans that support hormone balance, metabolic health, gut function, energy levels, and reproductive health. Every recommendation is tailored to your body, your lifestyle, and your specific goals or preferences—because what works for someone else might not work for you.

Functional Medicine Testing
Sometimes standard GP tests don't tell the complete story. When appropriate, I use targeted functional testing to uncover root causes like nutrient deficiencies, gut health imbalances, hormonal dysregulation, or inflammation. This allows us to make specific, targeted interventions rather than guessing what might help.

Lifestyle Medicine
Your daily habits profoundly impact your health outcomes. Together, we'll optimise sleep quality, movement patterns, stress management, belief patterns and environmental factors through small, realistic changes that create meaningful results over time. This isn't about trying to be perfect, but sustainable improvements that fit your real life.

Nervous System Support
Dealing with chronic stress, health issues and ongoing symptoms can be emotionally and physically demanding. I use polyvagal-informed tools and mindset coaching to build self awareness and support nervous system regulation, helping your body shift from stress response into the rest-and-repair state that's essential for healing, digestion and hormone balance.

“I really value your gut-brain approach and practices including the big focus on nervous system and vagus nerve. It helps me as a client feel seen for my whole self and acknowledges that I do need that kind of support, not just a mono/blanket solution.”

Why 3 Months?

Sustainable change in your body and health doesn't happen overnight. Three months gives your body time to respond to the changes we implement—whether that's regulating your cycle, calming your nervous system, changing habits, improving digestion and energy, balancing blood sugar, or supporting fertility.

For women considering conception, eggs take 90+ days to mature. Three months of targeted support can significantly impact egg quality and reproductive health.

This isn't a quick-fix protocol. It's a comprehensive programme that gives your body the time and support it needs to rebalance—and gives you the tools to maintain that balance long-term.

    • 1×90-minute initial consultation - Comprehensive health assessment

    • 5×60-minute follow-ups - Progress monitoring and plan refinement based on your progress

    • Personalised nutrition, lifestyle & supplement plans after each session

    • Lifestyle medicine guidance - stress and nervous system support and sleep optimisation

    • Functional testing recommendations and interpretation where indicated

    • GP/clinic collaboration for integrated care (including referral letters when appropriate)

    • Practitioner discounts on supplements (where available)

FAQ’s

I know choosing the right support for your health journey is a big decision. It’s natural to have questions about how theses programmes work, what’s included, and what to expect.

Here you’ll find clear answers to the most common things people ask me—so you can feel confident and informed before taking the next step. If I’ve missed anything, feel free to reach out via email!

  • This depends on what we're working on and your individual starting point. Some changes happen relatively quickly. Many clients notice improvements in energy, digestion, sleep quality, or mood within the first few weeks.

However, deeper shifts in hormone balance, cycle regulation, or chronic health issues take longer. Your body needs time to respond to nutritional and lifestyle changes, replenish nutrient stores, and rebalance systems that may have been dysregulated for months or years.

Three months gives your body enough time to go through multiple menstrual cycles (if applicable), allows us to track patterns, adjust the plan based on how you respond, and see meaningful, lasting improvements

  • Tests and supplements are optional extras and paid separately. Typical testing ranges from £100–£700 depending on what’s needed, and I’ll only recommend what’s truly useful for your situation.

  • Not at all. I complement medical care. If you’re already seeing a GP or clinic, I’ll collaborate with them so that your nutrition and lifestyle plan supports the medical approach you’re taking.

  • For new clients, I only offer structured programmes (minimum three months). Addressing hormone imbalances and chronic health issues requires time—your body needs consistent support to respond, rebalance, and create lasting change. One-off sessions rarely provide enough time for meaningful progress or allow us to adjust your plan based on how you respond.

However, if you've worked with me previously and just need a check-in or support with a specific issue, you're welcome to book a single follow-up session.

  • Yes. I use nutritional therapy, functional medicine principles, and lifestyle medicine approaches that are supported by clinical research.

  • Because this work requires consistency and commitment to see results, all programmes are non-refundable once booked. This ensures that I can hold dedicated space for your sessions and provide the continuity of care you need to make meaningful progress.

Rescheduling individual sessions is possible with at least 48 hours' notice, but the overall programme commitment remains in place.

  • All consultations take place online, so you can join from the comfort of your own home. I typically see clients Monday to Thursday between 10am and 6pm. Sessions are scheduled bi-weekly over the course of the 3 months (2 per month).

If you need a slot outside of those hours, you can request it and I’ll do my best to accommodate.

You don’t need to commit to the same time or day each week—there’s flexibility built in so we can make the programme work around your life.

  • By the end of three months, most clients feel significantly better and have the tools and knowledge to continue supporting their health independently.

However, some women choose to continue working together—either with less frequent check-ins (monthly or quarterly) or by booking another package as needed when life circumstances change (new symptoms, increased stress, planning for pregnancy, perimenopause, etc.).

There's no pressure to continue, but ongoing support is available if you want it. We'll discuss what makes sense for you as you near the end of the programme.

  • I've been where you are—putting off getting support for as long as possible (thinking I can do it all myself) then spending all my money on practitioners who handed me protocols, tests and supplements, when I was desperate for answers and relief.

I'm not going to hand you a list of foods to eliminate. I'm not going to pile on twenty supplements without clear reasoning. And I'm not going to pretend I can fix everything or promise quick results.

What I will do: Help you understand what's actually happening in your body, focus on sustainable foundations that fit your life and work with you to build a holistic, mind-body approach that lasts beyond our three months together.

Nervous system support is a key pillar of my method as I know first hand how difficult it is for change to happen if this isn’t addressed properly first.

  • If you've already spent hundreds (or thousands) on supplements, tests, and practitioners that didn't create lasting change, I understand the hesitation.

This programme is worth the investment because your health is priceless. I have personally spent far more with other practitioners and received much less than what I offer.

We're not just addressing symptoms in isolation. We're building sustainable foundations that can impact your whole life—the kind that continue working long after our three months together end.

  • No. I work with a handful of clients at a time rather than taking on as many as possible. This means I can respond to emails between sessions, give thoughtful attention to your case and plans, and provide the level of support this work requires.

If you're interested but current spots are full, email me and I'll add you to the waitlist.
