I'm a registered nutritional therapist specialising in women's hormonal health (BSc, mBANT, CNHC). I work with women navigating cycle issues and fertility, burnout and fatigue, and the hormonal changes of perimenopause and beyond.
Most women who come to me have already tried a lot. What they haven't had is someone who looks at nutrition alongside sleep, stress, cycle patterns, daily habits, history and life context, and builds something around all of that rather than food alone.
The aim is for you to walk away with less time spent thinking about your health, and more energy for everything else in your life.

The Founder
Hi I'm Jemma,
I became a nutritional therapist after my own experiences of feeling let down by conventional care. I believe all women deserve more than a 10-minute appointment with no answers, and sent on their way with a prescription.
My job is to help you understand what your symptoms mean, and give you the knowledge, tools and support to respond, so you can get you back to feeling like yourself again.
Whether you're dealing with ongoing unexplained chronic symptoms that you’re told are “normal”, you feel like you’ve tried everything and you’re unsure of what to do next, or you’re just wanting to improve how you feel day to day, I’m here to help.

I also hold multiple certificates and further training in: nervous system regulation, PCOS, endometriosis, fertility, perimenopause, menopause, functional nutrition, and hormonal health coaching.

I use a comprehensive root cause approach that brings together nutrition, lifestyle medicine, functional testing, mindset and nervous system support.

I create personalised nutrition and supplement plans that can support hormone balance, fertility, metabolic and immune health, gut function, energy levels, and reproductive health. Every recommendation is tailored to you and your specific goals or preferences, because what works for someone else might not work for you.

Sometimes standard GP tests don't tell the complete story. When appropriate, I use targeted functional testing to help identify imbalances like nutrient deficiencies, gut issues, hormonal dysregulation, genetic vulnerabilities, mould toxicity or hidden inflammation. This allows us to make specific, targeted interventions rather than guessing what might help.

Dealing with chronic stress, unresolved health issues and ongoing symptoms can be emotionally and physically draining. I use mind-body tools and coaching practices to build self awareness, help you to better manage (or remove) daily stressors and support you in making changes that create a sense of wellbeing. Nervous system regulation helps the body to shift from a chronic stress response into the rest-and-repair state that's essential for restoration, digestion and hormone balance.
