Hi I'm Jemma. I’m a BANT registered Nutritional Therapist and holistic practitioner. I specialise in women’s health, hormone and gut issues, stress and burnout.

I help women navigate their health through evidence-based nutritional therapy, the mind-body connection and holistic lifestyle medicine - without adding more fear, overwhelm, rules, or pressure to their life.

About

  • BSc (Hons) Nutritional Therapy, BSc (Hons) Psychology, Holistic Lifestyle Coach and Mind-Body Practitioner (Dip), Naturopathic Nutrition Advisor (Dip) Comprehensive Pilates Instructor. I also hold multiple certificates and further training in: PCOS, endometriosis, fertility, perimenopause, menopause, functional nutrition, and hormonal health coaching.

  • I am a full member of BANT (British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine) and CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council).

My role isn't just to hand you a list of foods to include or avoid. It's to help you understand what you need and to support you in building sustainable choices and actions, that fit into your life.

The Method

I use a comprehensive approach that brings together nutrition, lifestyle medicine, functional testing, mindset and nervous system support. Each component works together to help you feel confident, clear and supported in helping you achieve your health goals.

  • I create personalised nutrition and supplement plans that can support hormone balance, fertility, metabolic and immune health, gut function, energy levels, and reproductive health. Every recommendation is tailored to you and your specific goals or preferences, because what works for someone else might not work for you.

  • Sometimes standard GP tests don't tell the complete story. When appropriate, I use targeted functional testing to help identify imbalances like nutrient deficiencies, gut issues, hormonal dysregulation, genetic vulnerabilities, mould toxicity or hidden inflammation. This allows us to make specific, targeted interventions rather than guessing what might help.

  • Your daily habits can profoundly impact your health outcomes. Together, we'll optimise sleep quality, movement patterns, stress management, and environmental factors through small, realistic changes that create meaningful results over time. This isn't about trying to be perfect, but sustainable improvements that fit your day to day life.

  • Dealing with chronic stress, unresolved health issues and ongoing symptoms can be emotionally and physically demanding. I use mind-body tools and coaching tools to build self awareness and support you in making changes. This helps your body shift from a chronic stress response into the rest-and-repair state that's essential for restoration, digestion and hormone balance.

    If after the introductory session you want to move onto the 3 month package, you will receive a 10% discount on the 3 month programme and 6 × 60 minute sessions.

    This programme gives you comprehensive support over 3 months; you'll have consistent guidance, accountability and personalisation to your needs, biology, preferences and goals.

    1 x 75-minute initial consultation

    • Comprehensive health assessment

    • Detailed symptom and history review

    • Goal setting and timeline discussion

    • Review of any relevant testing

    5 x 60-minute follow-up sessions

    • Progress reviews

    • Plan adjustments based on your response and updates

    Personalised plans after each session:

    Between-session support:
