Feeling well isn’t about doing more. It’s about having the clarity to know what that means for you.

Hi, I'm Jemma — a Nutritional Therapist specialising in women’s health

From Career Success to Personal Health Crisis to Helping Others

For over ten years, I produced and directed events for global beauty and fashion brands. It was creative, exciting, and incredibly demanding. What began as manageable stress gradually became chronic alongside digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, anxiety, and eventually complete burnout in my early 30’s. Just before this I had also been diagnosed with endometriosis.

Like so many women, I threw myself into trying to fix everything—the elimination diets, countless supplements, yoga classes, mindset work. But nothing addressed the whole picture, and I felt like I was constantly chasing symptoms and trying to do it all perfectly, rather than resolving anything.

This experience completely shifted my path. I spent six years studying health, including a BSc in Nutritional Therapy and additional holistic health certifications, driven by a deep need to understand how all the pieces of health fit together.

Why I Focus on Women's Health

Through my own health journey, I came to understand firsthand how interconnected everything is, and how often our symptoms are not taken seriously. Your hormones, your gut health, your stress response, your immune system—they all talk to each other. And when one area is struggling, it affects everything else. I also learned that approaching your health from just one angle is not enough; your nutrition can be perfectly balanced, but if you are living in a state of chronic stress, your body cannot recover or functional optimally.

I'm passionate about working holistically with women who are:

  • Dealing with PCOS, endometriosis, thyroid dysfunction, or other hormone-related conditions that are often dismissed or diagnosed late

  • Experiencing irregular cycles, painful periods, chronic digestive issues or imbalances that are disrupting quality of life

  • Struggling with ongoing fatigue, burnout, anxiety or feeling like their body isn't working properly

My approach is simple:

I help take away the overwhelm, find answers and give you practical solutions. My goal is to provide clear, evidence-based, holistic guidance tailored to your unique situation and body.

I give you personalised support that helps you feel informed, confident, and empowered to support your health, in a way that works for you.

I look forward to connecting with you soon,

— Jemma

My Method: Integrated, Evidence-based and Individual

I use a comprehensive approach that brings together nutrition, lifestyle medicine, functional testing, and nervous system support. Each component works together to help you feel confident, clear, empowered and supported.

Nutritional Therapy
Food is your foundation. I create personalised nutrition plans that support hormone balance, metabolic health, gut function, energy levels, and reproductive health. Every recommendation is tailored to your body, your lifestyle, and your specific goals or preferences—because what works for someone else might not work for you.

Functional Medicine Testing
Sometimes standard GP tests don't tell the complete story. When appropriate, I use targeted functional testing to uncover root causes like nutrient deficiencies, gut health imbalances, hormonal dysregulation, or inflammation. This allows us to make specific, targeted interventions rather than guessing what might help.

Lifestyle Medicine
Your daily habits profoundly impact your health outcomes. Together, we'll optimise sleep quality, movement patterns, stress management, belief patterns and environmental factors through small, realistic changes that create meaningful results over time. This isn't about trying to be perfect, but sustainable improvements that fit your real life.

Nervous System Support
Dealing with chronic health issues and symptoms can be emotionally and physically demanding. I use polyvagal-informed tools to support nervous system regulation, helping your body shift from stress response into the rest-and-repair state that's essential for healing and hormone balance.
